Why ship to commercial addresses?
Commercial addresses are recommended for the following reasons: Deliveries are usually made earlier in the day. An adult signature is required for ALL wine deliveries; prevents wine from exposure to elements by only going out once on the truck. Deliveries made to residential addresses are at the risk of the sender being late, or unsigned for and returned to us. Return shipments and reships are charged to the sender.
Insurance covers what issues? Insurance covers what issues? Insurance covers loss/breakage/hot and cold issues, leakage. If you are concerned with the temperatures, we recommend shipping air. However, we will not insure any residential deliveries to ARIZONA during the hot months.
Do you have cold packs/thermal shippers? Yes, for an additional cost starting at $8.50 per box. Cold packs are rated to last for 2-3 days time.
Can I use my own Fedex Account or UPS Account to ship my wine home? Unfortunately, 3rd party shipper numbers cannot be used for any wine shipping.
Will I get tracking numbers for my shipments? Yes, if you provide your email address on our shipping form. On shipping day, you will receive tracking via your email from UPS.
Do you ship to all states? Most all. Regulations change frequently. Please call for information on your state.
What happens if my wine is late, or does not get to me? Stagecoach Express does not guarantee delivery times or dates. We will track any package and investigate any late arrivals. We will do all that we can to help you with your delivery issues. If address is invalid, any correction made will incur additional costs. If fault is with us, we will make the delivery address correction with no charge.
